Da Vinci Art Alliance proudly presents “On Process,” a juried exhibition that asks artists to expose the moments of making that often happen behind closed doors. How does one conceptualize work cut from steel? What is the messy midpoint when wrestling with textiles? And, as the artist changes over time, how does the work change in response? Attracting submissions from artists across the globe, each piece selected for this exhibition will offer viewers a rare window onto the artist’s relationship with their inspiration, their materials and their practice. The juror for this exhibition, Joseph Girandola, assumed office as president of The Art Academy of Cincinnati in 2019.
